According to the Youth Protection Act §4 and §5, there are specific rules for visiting the Bürgerzentrum Schuhfabrik. According to §4 paragraph 1: "The stay in restaurants is only permitted for children and adolescents under 16 years of age if they are accompanied by a person with parental authority or a designated guardian, or if they consume a meal or a drink between 5 AM and 11 PM." Teenagers aged 16 and older are not allowed to stay in restaurants without the accompaniment of a legal guardian or authorized person between midnight and 5 a.m. At events or concerts, it is generally stipulated in §5 that children under 16 years old can attend our cultural events until no later than midnight. For teenagers between 16 and 18 years old, an adult can be appointed as a guardian by the parents, which allows them to stay past midnight.
