The association reserves the right to exercise its domiciliary rights and deny the use of its premises, entry to the Schuhfabrik, and participation in events to individuals who belong to far-right parties or organizations, are associated with the far-right scene, or have previously made racist, nationalist, antisemitic, sexist, anti-minority, or other misanthropic statements.

Furthermore, we do not tolerate any form of violence—whether verbal or physical—homophobia, misogyny, antisemitism, or any other type of hate or oppression against others. Anyone violating these house rules will be immediately expelled from the premises and must face the full consequences of their actions. In such cases, any purchased event tickets will be rendered invalid with immediate effect. A refund of the purchase price is excluded in these circumstances.
