Online pre-order for events By submitting the order, you agree to the following:

Admission by bank transfer: After submitting the form, you will receive detailed payment instructions from us via email. You now have time to transfer the money for the advance sale tickets to us. The money must be received by us no later than one day before the event so that we can grant you entry! You will not receive a printed card, but rather a ticket will be sent to you electronically via email. In case of loss of the e-ticket, your name and the number of tickets will also be on an internal list available at the box office. There, you will check in with your name and the names of any accompanying persons. A transfer via PayPal does not work!

The online pre-sale is only valid until four days before the respective event! In the pub, tickets can still be purchased in advance until one day before the event. On the day of the event, only tickets will be available at the box office at the corresponding box office price.

If there is no "SOLD OUT" notice for the respective event on our homepage, you can still buy tickets at the box office!

At the concert/event: No liability for property and personal damages. Refund of the purchase price without pre-sale fee only in case of cancellation of the event within 2 weeks through the pre-sale point where the ticket was purchased. The bringing of glass containers, cans, tape recorders, film and video cameras, pyrotechnic items, and weapons is prohibited. Abuse will be prosecuted and will result in expulsion from the venue without a refund of the purchase price.
