Christmas-Faltenwurf

Every year, it's not just the gift giving, but also the Schuhfabrik Christmas party on Christmas Day, which traditionally falls on December 25th.

The party on this date is always something very special and this time DJ Uli will get the Faltenwurf friends dancing. In addition, everyone who isn't usually in Ahlen at this time will come together here. Of course, Faltenwurf is also a place for all those who have had enough of the silent and holy night and prefer to go dancing and partying. So it starts at 9 p.m. in the hall of the Schuhfabrik.

DJ Uli is eager to play at the Christmas Faltenwurf. He invites you to enjoy hits from the 80s and 90s from the genres synth pop, new wave, rock and cross over. Excursions into the 00s, which produced strong bands, are also not to be missed. The following will be there: Simple Minds, U2, Queen, Talking Heads, Depeche Mode, The Cure, New Order, Anne Clark, Faithless, Sisters of Mercy, Guns ‘n’ Roses, AC-DC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage against the machine, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Linkin’ Park, Die Toten Hosen, Die Ärzte, Seeed, Peter Fox and many more. And he is happy to accommodate requests for music if it fits the music. Neither pop nor techno will be used this evening.

Admission is €7. This event is part of the “Third Places – Houses for Culture and Encounters in Rural Areas” project and is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
